Construction method:
● Add the dry powder into the water, according to the appropriate ratio (dry powder: water = 100:20-25), fully mechanical stirring is uniform thick slurry, to ensure no caking and fine particles.
● After standing for 3-5 minutes (to enhance the mixing), stir again, and the mixed tile glue will be used up within 2 hours.
● The release agent on the back of the tile must be cleaned before tiling, and the tile adhesive must be evenly brushed and dried. Then apply the tile glue on the back of the tile with a tooth-shaped scraper to make it evenly distributed, about 1 ㎡ each time. At the same time, evenly scrape about 1 ㎡ on the wall surface, and then rub and press the tile glue.
● When each tile is pasted, the excess tile glue in the gap and around the tile shall be wiped clean. Within 5 hours after pasting, the residual tile glue in the gap shall be cleaned with a batch knife.
● After the ceramic tile is pasted, the next construction can be carried out after maintenance for at least 48 hours. It is forbidden to bear heavy loads such as vehicle passage and installation of large equipment within 28 days.
Construction conditions:
● The construction environment temperature should be 5 ℃-35 ℃, to avoid rain, high temperature, wind, frost and other weather construction.
● The release agent on the back of the ceramic tile before tiling must be cleaned up. A gap of not less than 2mm must be left between the brick and the brick. The inner included angle between the spatula and the base layer during batch scraping should be 60 degrees.
● After the tiling is completed, the next caulking process can only be carried out after the tile glue hardens.
