Product Introduction:
This coating is made from liquid inorganic silicate. It can penetrate into pores of the cement base material under the action of petrifaction to form a hard layer of insoluble inorganic calcium silicate coat on the concrete surface. The coat is characterized by extraordinary fireproof and flame-retardant performance, heat resistance, weatherability, breathability, antisepsis, mildew and algae prevention, strong adhesion and wear and scrape resistance, has the same service life with the base material and can provide buildings with long-time protective effect.
Performance characteristics:
● Grade A fireproof and flame-retardant performance, heat resistance, weatherability, and crazing resistance
● Water tolerance, breathability, antisepsis, corrosion prevention, mildew and algae prevention
● Excellent color retaining, yellowing-resistant, anti-fouling and scrubbing-resistant performance
● The same service life with the base material and ultralow VOC, featuring health, safety and environmental protection
Scope of application:
It is applicable to large competitive engineering projects, deluxe house projects, villa projects, government engineering, etc. Applicable to overall solutions to projects in public places where there are requirements for fire-retardant performance, such as hospitals, schools, cinemas, shopping malls, tunnels, etc.

Drying time: surface drying ≤2 h.
Recoating time: less than 2 h.
Theoretical usage: 0.12–0.15 kg/m2/time (The actual paint usage may be different because of the construction method and surface flatness)
