Scope of application:
Steel structure, trailer, agricultural vehicles and other metal substrate protection and decoration, applicable to the general anti-corrosion requirements of steel structure, mechanical equipment and other metal surface corrosion and decoration, suchProtection and decoration of metal substrates such as C- type steel, H-type steel, demand reduction device, mine support, gantry crane, trailer, agricultural vehicle, etc.
Construction Guide:
Surface treatment: Before construction, the metal surface is sandblasted or polished with sandpaper to remove impurities such as rust and particles on the metal surface, and the surface treatment can reach ST2 standard.
Construction method: spraying (recommended), roller coating, brush coating.
Construction tools: spraying equipment/roller/brush.
Construction environment: the temperature is lower than 5 ° C or humidity is higher than 80% of the environment is not recommended construction, otherwise can not achieve the best coating effect.
Add water: in the construction process, if you need to reduce the viscosity, you can add an appropriate amount of water to dilute, add water should not be more than 10%, dilute should follow the principle of a small number of times.
