Product Introduction

A two-component coating composed of high-performance epoxy resin, imported waterborne amine curing agent, ultrafine zinc powder and various additives. Corrosion protection, ensure the adhesion of the coating to the substrate and provide a good adhesion basis for the intermediate or top coat of the subsequent coating.

A two-component coating composed of high-performance epoxy resin, imported waterborne amine curing agent, ultrafine zinc powder and various additives. Corrosion protection, ensure the adhesion of the coating to the substrate and provide a good adhesion basis for the intermediate or top coat of the subsequent coating.

Performance characteristics:

· With water as diluent, non-flammable non-explosive

· With cathodic protection, excellent anti-corrosion performance

· Excellent adhesion, good impact resistance, good water resistance

· Excellent mechanical properties, high hardness, friction resistance, scratch resistance

· Outstanding salt spray resistance and chemical resistance, acid and alkali salt resistance

Scope of application:

It is suitable for environments with high requirements for rust prevention and corrosion prevention: petrochemical industry, shipbuilding, offshore platforms, ports, containers, shipping containers, bridge towers and other steel structures, as anti-corrosion primer.

Construction Guide:

· Surface treatment: the surface of the substrate to completely remove oil, rust, oxide skin, sand blasting or shot blasting treatment. Reach the standard of derusting grade SA2.5. Roughness up to 30-70μM; manual derusting can also be used to achieve derusting standard ST3 level, roughness up to 30-70μM. After the surface treatment is completed, the primer should be applied within 4 hours to prevent the substrate from rusting again.

Construction method: spraying (recommended), brushing, roller coating.

Construction tools: airless spraying machine, air spray gun, brush, roller.

· Construction viscosity: 25-40 seconds (coated 4 cups, 23±2 C).
