Scope of application:

It is suitable for anti-corrosion primer and intermediate paint of petrochemical pipelines, pipe racks, storage tanks, mechanical equipment, bridges, steel structures, containers, gas tanks and concrete.

Construction Guide:

Surface treatment; The surface of the substrate should be completely removed from oil, rust and oxide skin, and sandblasting or shot blasting treatment should be carried out to reach the standard of rust removal grade SA2.5 and the roughness should reach 30-70μM; Manual rust removal can also be used to reach the standard ST3 and the roughness should reach 30-70μM. After the surface treatment is completed, the primer should be applied within 4 hours to prevent the substrate from rusting again.

Construction method: spraying (recommended), brushing, roller coating.
