Product Features:
Environmentally friendly water-based antirust paint, used for the protection and decoration of metal substrates such as steel structures; does not contain harmful formaldehyde and benzene substances, ultra-low VOC; Diluted with water, environmentally friendly; Excellent adhesion to metal substrates, water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance, and good interlayer compatibility.
Scope of application:
Used for outdoor protection and decoration of metal substrates such as steel structures.
Construction Guide:
Surface treatment: before the construction of the metal surface sandblasting treatment or with sandpaper to the metal surface grinding, remove the metal surface of the floating rust and particles and other impurities.
Construction method: spraying (recommended), rolling, brushing.
Construction tools: spraying equipment/roller/brush.
Construction environment: construction is not recommended when the temperature is lower than 5 ℃ and the air humidity exceeds 80%, otherwise the best coating effect cannot be achieved; maintain a good ventilation environment during construction.
